Our Team.
Lesley is a social care expert with over 30 years of experience in making a difference for children and young people. She has run her own successful homes, consulted others on setting up theirs, and served as a Responsible Individual and a magistrate in family courts. She has dedicated her whole career to children and is very passionate about their welfare and well-being. She has a sound and knowledgeable network and is highly respected in the field. Lesley is always looking for new ways to improve the quality of care and support for the children in her homes, and she is committed to providing them with the best opportunities and experiences possible.
Nicky is a social care professional with extensive knowledge and experience in various roles. She has worked as a support worker, a manager, a probation officer, and a young offending manager. She has managed teams and focused on positive outcomes for the children and young people under her care. Nicky is skilled in delivering effective and compassionate services that meet the needs and interests of her clients.
Lesley and Nicky are not only social care experts, but also philanthropists who run a registered charity called The Sorn Foundation. This charity delivers education to poor children in Cambodia, giving them hope and opportunities for a better future. Lesley and Nicky are passionate about making a positive impact in the world, both locally and globally.
